Night Owl Prowl. 5:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Join us as we search for Spotted Owl, Northern Pygmy Owl, Flammulated Owl, Northern Saw-whet Owl, Western Screech Owl (easier), and Common Poorwill (easy to hear). Arrive early to leave promptly at 5:00 p.m. from where the 210 Fwy and Angeles Crest Highway (Hwy 2) intersect in La Cañada. Exit the 210 at Angeles Crest Highway heading north. About one block up is a frontage road on the right, where we will park and carpool. Finish around midnight. Bring a warm jacket, a full stomach, snacks, and a Forest Service Adventure Pass.
